At The Myriad, we understand that living away from home can be challenging, which is why our aim is to create a comfortable living environment with all the amenities you need to succeed, both academically and socially. We want to break away from traditional, box-like student housing and offer you a holistic community for young individuals; a home away from home.
We want to assist you as much as we can throughout your academic journey. The Myriad properties are equipped with a number of facilities to support your studies. From study rooms to coffee shops, lounges and outdoor spaces, you will always have a space to do your work.
The Myriad aims to provide our residents with as much support as we can. For this reason, we are launching an initiative, Oppstop; a platform which gives students access to countless opportunities, from internships and apprenticeships to event jobs, part-time work, full-time jobs and more. Oppstop allows you to earn extra money to support your academics and lifestyle, all the while gaining useful professional experience.
Making certain that our residents and their guardians have peace of mind is of utmost importance to The Myriad. We endeavour to provide a safe and secure environment that will ensure your well-being.
Your comfort and convenience are among The Myriad’s key priorities. We strive to make life as simple as possible for our residents by providing on-site facilities and services, as well as strategically locating our properties in accessible and well-connected areas. From banking services, cleaning services, shops and much more, each of our properties is designed to maximise your convenience.
We believe that accommodation should be about much more than just a living space. For this reason, The Myriad provides entertainment and leisure facilities to ensure a fun environment for our residents. Whether it’s gaming consoles, an outdoor cinema, foosball tables or swimming pools, each property has something exciting to offer.
At all of The Myriad properties you will find furnished rooms with all the fundamental elements of any student living space, including utilities. The Myriad accommodations are designed to be modern, urban, ergonomic and aesthetically appealing to our young residents.
One of the primary purposes of The Myriad is to provide an accepting and friendly environment, where young individuals from all walks of life are welcome. We want you to feel like a part of a community during your academic journey and we hope to foster friendships and meaningful connections amongst our residents. In doing this, we hope to broaden your horizons and expose you to different views and ideas.
We recognise that health is a vital aspect of a young adult’s life. The Myriad offers an array of sporting facilities for you to stay fit and healthy. You can find the following features at our various properties: fitness centres, calisthenics gyms, jogging tracks, swimming pools, basketball courts and more.
Ensuring ease of access for all of our residents is paramount. The Myriad properties are placed in areas with good infrastructure and multiple transport links to facilitate the movements of our residents on and off property. Our properties also offer reserved parking for residents only, transport services such as shuttles, accessible rooms and facilities for people of determination.
